"Getting answers on billing from Haley is very difficult, she is Connie number 2 person in her office. For 2 weeks we could not get an explanation on being over charged on auto billing and never did. We were promised Haley would call by other staff members in the office who could not answer our questions on over billing. She never did call. I recommend State Farm. Just Not this office of Connie Mortensen. We switched to another State Farm agent in Indianapolis. If your unhappy with your local agent just call State Farm Corporate customer service and tell them what agent you would like to switch to. Don't ever tolerate less than the best service. You are the customer."
